SpineForce Strengthens the Core

Goetz with CaptionThe SpineForce Reactive Neuromuscular Trainer is a device, developed for chiropractors, designed to exercise the core muscles to improve strength, balance, coordination and posture. Before the development of Spineforce there was no technology able to specifically target the 180 spinal muscles of the core. This important muscle group is used for stability and balance. The muscle activity triggered by SpineForce also hydrates the muscles and ligaments by increasing blood flow to them.

Many conditions related to the musculoskeletal system, like low back pain, are linked to low endurance of the core muscle group. Core muscle strength is essential for overall health. Furthermore, strengthening the core muscles can improve posture and helps to prevent injuries. SpineForce is extremely effective for athletes or anyone participating in sports, but its benefits can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of physical strength or age.

How SpineForce Works

Spineforce engages every muscle in order to strengthen the spinal muscles. This is done without force, but rather through a gentle action that enhances balance and restores movement to patients in rehabilitation. The SpineForce device includes a platform on which the patient stands. Two handles are connected to a movable column. The patient holds these two handles which include highly sensitive sensors that measure the force applied on them. As the platform oscillates, the user tries to balance a target that appears on the control panel. The SpineForce device continually measures the force applied by the patient and provides appropriate resistance to exercise the core muscles and promote full body health. This push and pull action works to make the core spinal muscles all work in coordination.

How SpineForce Can Help You

No other machine precisely targets the 180 muscles of the core. Spineforce effectively strengthens those muscles while simultaneously providing a cardio-vascular workout. The exercise provided by SpineForce strengthen the core and promote back muscle health. It is highly effective for rehabilitation, whether from a sports injury, accident or surgery. Its benefits extend beyond rehabilitation by helping to prevent future injuries. Other benefits include:

  • Treatment of low back pain
  • Anti-aging conditioning and strengthening
  • Improves coordination, balance and posture
  • Improves movement and fluidity
  • Improves scoliosis
  • Stimulation of spinal fluids
